Walk & Talk is an approach which combines fitness, and coaching to work on being our best version of ourselves. Through this process one can expect to define and set goals while having support and guidance living our most authentic life. A typical session walking or hiking while spending time discussing to achieve our best self. You are not required to be a marathon runner or an extreme athlete, this isn’t a training exercise. Walk & Talk is a way to have meaningful discussions in the great outdoors. It can as simple as meeting to walk round the lake or walk through the park. Being outside is the key. You just need to be able to walk for the duration of the session.

Sessions typically last an 50 minutes and the floor is open to most topics (BECCA does not deal with situations that require medical assistance to resolve, such as addiction, or psychiatric issues)
